Are you running any promos?

Do you provide a maternity wardrobe

Yes, we have an extensive maternity closet available for all moms, so there’s no need to worry about outfits. We will also guide you with styling to ensure everything looks beautiful and cohesive for your session.
Best time to schedule maternity photos?

The ideal time for maternity photos is between 27–32 weeks of pregnancy, when the belly is beautifully visible but you are still comfortable enough to pose and move with ease.
Do you also offer newborn sessions after maternity?

Yes, many clients continue with newborn and motherhood sessions to document their journey from pregnancy through the first months of their baby’s life.
Do you offer professional hair and makeup

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I purchase albums or wall art?

Yes, we offer high-quality albums and wall art designed to preserve and display your portraits beautifully in your home.
How long after the session will I receive my photos?

You will see your images right after your session and select your favorites. Once selections are made, retouching typically takes between 14–30 days for final delivery.
Are my images kept private?

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important. Images are never shared publicly without your written permission. Most clients choose to share their portraits, but a signed release form is required before any images are published.
Can my partner or children join the session?

Yes, partners and children are welcome to be part of your maternity session to create meaningful family portraits.
How much does a maternity photoshoot cost?

Pricing varies based on session type and artwork selected. On average, clients invest between $1,500 and $4,500. Detailed pricing information is available upon inquiry so you can choose the options that best fit your needs.
How much is the session fee?

Our regular session fee is $1,000. If you book through our Art of Maternity gift experience, the session fee is waived and only a $250 booking fee is collected. This includes the session, professional hair and makeup, one 8x10 portrait, and a $750 studio credit—our best value.
Do you work with plus-size or all body types?

Yes. Every session is designed to celebrate your body and your journey. Posing and styling are tailored to flatter all body types.
Will I be photographed by Esther Kay?

Yes, for maternity sessions you will most often be photographed by Esther Kay. If you would like to ensure this, simply ask the booking specialist to note it and schedule your session according to Esther’s availability.
What is your refund and rescheduling policy?

You may reschedule or cancel within 7 days of booking to receive a full refund. One reschedule is allowed per session. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 7 days before your appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
